Wow, honey, this place is gorgeous! I love the front porch and the curb appeal of this house. Look, you can tell the roof and siding were replaced…they must have spent over $30,000 on that! And look at all the parking in the paved driveway, there’s got to be room for 6 cars PLUS a 2-car garage…we can have all our friends over at the same time, no problem! Let’s go inside! Wait, what! Freshly refinished hardwood floors on the entire main level? LOVE! Look at how big this living room is and it connects to the dining room with a bay window overlooking the rear yard. This is exactly what I want. The kitchen is just next door, and ooohh, they painted the cabinets white. I love a fresh and bright kitchen, makes me feel so welcome. Do you see this Corian counter with this ledge connecting to the eating area? It’s perfect for everyday eating and for putting out food for parties with our friends and family. I also love how this kitchen is connected to the family room with the wood burning fireplace and a wet-bar! Look at this, there is a laundry/mud room that connects the kitchen area to the 2-car garage. That is so convenient for bringing in the groceries. Wait, what’s thru this sliding door, a SUN ROOM! Look at all these windows looking into the back yard. I bet you can watch all kinds of wildlife from in here throughout the seasons. And look at that yard, it’s HUGE, it has to be at least 2/3 acres! Let’s walk back there…this lawn is so big and look it backs to parkland and trees. It’s so hard to find a house that does that anymore. This must be one of the biggest lots in the neighborhood! And there is a shed here so we can keep all the gardening tools and lawn mower here instead of in the garage. That means we can actually park our cars in the garage out of the rain and snow, and not have all the lawn equipment in the way! This is so exciting, let’s head back inside and go upstairs. Look at these refinished wood steps, they are so pretty! Oohh, and fresh new carpet on this entire bedroom level? Love that, we won’t have to spend any money replacing this or the wood floors on the main level! One, two, three, four bedrooms. Perfect. Oh, and this primary bedroom is huge, we can easily fit our King Bed in here plus dressers, a TV and more. Nice walk-in closet, and look, the Primary Bath has quartz counters, a separate shower and a nice soaking tub, you know for those “Calgon take me away” moments? And another full bath for everyone else also with a new counter top and tub/shower combo. Nice. Let’s check out the basement…wow, this is HUGE. It’s perfect, it isn’t finished so we can make it exactly what we want. We can put a bath over there, a home theater here and a work out room plus a play room and storage. This is awesome, and it has a walk-out on the side, so maybe we put a guest bedroom down here? The possibilities are endless. So glad it is our choice how to lay this out and finish it our way. And you said you wanted to be close to the Metro, well according to Google, the Shady Grove Station is just 1.3 miles away. Honey, let’s put in an offer before it’s too late. How much over the ask price do you think we should go? A house this nice won’t last!
