The subject has average exposure, as it is located along a connector street. The project’s exposure rating takes into account its average visibility and its average traffic count. It also considers the subject’s exposure from multiple streets.
Three buildings are on site totaling approximately 17,942 SF of NRA. There are two separate land parcels at 220 Highland Avenue, Westville, NJ 08093 (School-Church and Meeting Hall) and 235 Highland Avenue in Westville, NJ 08093 (Overflow Parking Lot).
The improvements were constructed over the years with the original church built in 1921 that is now the meeting hall, the current church in 1958, and the school in 1955. The improvements are considered to be in fair condition.
